Krijg jij energie van complexe coördinatieopdrachten met verschillende stakeholders? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou. Als risk & reporting manager speel je een belangrijke rol in de coördinatie van het systeem inzake het variabel deel van de administratiekosten (VARAK) en help je de organisatie om onderbouwde beslissingen te nemen.

  • Je coördineert de werking in verband met het variabel deel van de administratiekosten (VARAK) binnen de Nederlandstalige ziekenfondsen en de landsbond. Je formuleert proactief maximalisatievoorstellen en ziet toe op de realisatie ervan.
  • Je coördineert ook de evaluatie van het systeem voor het variabel deel van de administratiekosten.
  • Je brengt verschillende stakeholders samen, stemt acties op elkaar af en bewaakt de voortgang en realisatie van de doelstellingen.
  • Je onderzoekt processen, risico’s en bestaande controles en formuleert verbetervoorstellen.
  • Je verzamelt, analyseert en interpreteert gegevens en zet deze om in heldere rapporten en aanbevelingen.
  • Je rapporteert over de operationele werking en de voortgang van de VARAK-doelstellingen in verschillende beleidsfora.
  • Je ondersteunt het management met inzichten die bijdragen aan gefundeerde beslissingen.
  • Je neemt een uitgebreide rapporteringsrol op over de operationele werking.
  • Je werkt mee aan dashboards, rapporteringen en projecten rond datakwaliteit en procesverbetering.
  • Je vertegenwoordigt Solidaris en neemt actief deel aan mutualistische overlegorganen.
  • Je bouwt bruggen tussen verschillende teams en stimuleert een vlotte samenwerking rond kwaliteit, rapportering en verbetering.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma.
  • Je kent de werking van de ziekenfondsen goed.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het coördineren van complexe opdrachten waarbij verschillende stakeholders betrokken zijn.
  • Je krijgt energie van het samenbrengen van mensen en het realiseren van gezamenlijke doelstellingen.
  • Je hebt ervaring met procesanalyse, risicobeheer, interne controle of rapportering.
  • Je bent sterk analytisch ingesteld en bent gewoon om met complexe data en rapporteringstools te werken. Je maakt complexe informatie begrijpelijk voor verschillende doelgroepen.
  • Je presenteert analyses en aanbevelingen helder en overtuigend.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
  • Kennis van het systeem voor het variabel deel van de administratiekosten vormt een extra troef.
