RMA Medewerker - Lommel

Ben jij iemand met oog voor detail en hou je ervan om praktisch bezig te zijn? Onze klant in Lommel wacht op jou! In de functie van RMA Medewerker krijg je een uitdagende rol met een contract van onbepaalde duur.

  • Heb jij een goede kennis van IT-producten?
  • Ben je analytisch ingesteld?
  • Ben je een teamplayer die klantgericht is?

In deze rol ga je de volgende taken uitvoeren:

  • Ontvangst en verwerking van RMA-aanvragen: controleer of de klacht onder garantie valt, geef RMA-nummers uit en informeer klanten over het vervolg.
  • Coördineren van verzending en logistiek: geef instructies voor retourzendingen, ontvang teruggestuurde goederen en beheer de voorraad van gerepareerde of vervangen onderdelen.
  • Technische beoordeling en testwerk: inspecteer en test goederen om de oorzaak van defecten vast te stellen, soms in samenwerking met de technische dienst.
  • Regel reparatie, refurbishing of vervanging: zorg ervoor dat producten gerepareerd, vervangen of terugbetaald worden volgens het beleid.
  • Administratie en documentatie: houd dossiers, werkorders, kosten en garantiedocumenten bij in de RMA-systemen.
  • Communicatie: informeer klanten, sales, technische support en leveranciers over de status en uitslag van RMA.
  • Kwaliteits- en trendanalyse: signaleer terugkerende defecten en geef deze terug aan productmanagement/engineering voor structurele oplossingen.
  • Afhandeling van financiële afwikkeling: verwerk creditnota’s, kostenallocatie en rapporteer over RMA-kosten.

Als RMA Medewerker heb je specifieke vereisten waaraan je moet voldoen om succesvol te zijn in deze rol. Je hebt een goede kennis van IT-producten en je bent analytisch ingesteld. Teamwork en klantgerichtheid zijn essentieel in deze functie, wat jou een sterke kandidaat maakt voor deze rol.
