De organisatie is een internationaal opererende technische dienstverlener die gespecialiseerd is in koeltechnische installaties en bijbehorende serviceoplossingen. Voor klanten binnen onder andere retail, food, logistiek, industrie en commerciële gebouwen worden koel- en vriesinstallaties gerealiseerd, onderhouden en op afstand bewaakt. Betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid zijn daarbij essentieel, omdat een storing direct gevolgen kan hebben voor bedrijfsprocessen, productkwaliteit en energieverbruik. Het Remote Monitoring Center vormt een belangrijke schakel binnen de serviceorganisatie. Vanuit deze centrale worden aangesloten installaties 24 uur per dag bewaakt. Technische afwijkingen kunnen hierdoor vroegtijdig worden gesignaleerd en in veel gevallen worden onderzocht of opgelost voordat een servicetechnicus daadwerkelijk naar locatie hoeft. De organisatie investeert sterk in technische innovatie, digitalisering en de verdere ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers. Binnen- en buitendienst werken nauw met elkaar samen en medewerkers krijgen toegang tot opleidingen, trainingen en certificeringstrajecten. De cultuur is technisch, professioneel en collegiaal. Veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid, klantgerichtheid en vakmanschap staan centraal, met volop mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen koeltechniek, service en technische support. Voor een internationaal opererende specialist in koeltechnische installaties zoeken wij een RMC Medewerker voor het Remote Monitoring Center. Vanuit deze technische centrale bewaak je op afstand koel- en vriesinstallaties bij klanten door heel Nederland en ben je een belangrijke eerste schakel wanneer zich een storing of afwijking voordoet. Je analyseert alarmmeldingen, temperatuurwaarden, instellingen en storingshistorie en probeert problemen waar mogelijk direct op afstand op te lossen. Is fysieke inzet noodzakelijk?
