Als Robot Engineer werk je aan de robotautomatisering van een cabinefabriek in Westerlo, waar recent 150 extra robots in gebruik zijn genomen. Je richt je vooral op body-in-white-productie, met daarnaast robottoepassingen in lak- en trimprocessen. Je ondersteunt de dagelijkse productie en begeleidt projecten voor vervanging en verdere automatisering. Functie-inhoud - Ondersteunen van productie en technische dienst bij veiligheid, kwaliteit, efficiëntie en uptime - Adviseren over tijdige vervanging van robots en zelfstandig leiden van vervangingsprojecten - Inbrengen van robotspecialisme in projectgroepen voor product- en productie-uitbreidingen - Opsporen en elimineren van bottlenecks in het productieproces - Bewaken van een eenduidige softwarestructuur - Maken en beheren van softwareback-ups en images - Afstemmen met leveranciers over technische ontwikkelingen en deze vertalen naar toepassingen in de fabriek Functie-eisen - Je hebt kennis van robotprogrammeertalen - Je pakt technische vraagstukken praktisch aan - Je beschikt over projectvaardigheden om projecten te begeleiden - Je bent leergierig en nieuwsgierig naar robotaansturing en technische ontwikkelingen Aanbod - Werken met een recent uitgebreid robotpark met 150 extra robots - Technische breedte door toepassingen in body-in-white-, lak- en trimprocessen - Zelfstandige verantwoordelijkheid voor robotvervangingsprojecten - Aandacht voor je ontwikkeling en het continu verbeteren van de productie - Een werkomgeving met directe communicatie en technisch betrokken collega's
