The posting

Voor onze klant zijn we op zoek naar rolbrugbestuurders voor de vestigingen in Eeklo of in Wondelgem.

Het gaat om een technisch uitdagende functie waarbij je werkt met zware en vaak asymmetrische staalconstructies van tientallen tonnen. Dit is dus meer dan enkel lasten van punt A naar punt B verplaatsen.

Als rolbrugbestuurder sta je in voor het veilig en nauwkeurig manipuleren van grote staalconstructies binnen de productieomgeving.

Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Bedienen van de rolbrug voor het verplaatsen van zware staalconstructies.
  • Correct inschatten en bepalen van het zwaartepunt van asymmetrische lasten.
  • Uitvoeren van complexere manipulaties met de constructies.
  • Constructies niet alleen verplaatsen, maar ook gecontroleerd draaien en positioneren over de X- en Y-as.
  • Veilig aanslaan en verplaatsen van lasten van meerdere tonnen.
  • Nauw samenwerken met collega's op de werkvloer.
  • Strikt naleven van de veiligheidsvoorschriften

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral iemand met goesting, verantwoordelijkheidszin en technisch inzicht. De kandidaat moet potentieel hebben om zelfstandig met zware en complexe constructies te kunnen werken.

  • Een eerste relevante ervaring met een rolbrug is een must.
  • Je hoeft nog geen expert te zijn.
  • Technisch inzicht, leervermogen en de juiste werkmentaliteit zijn belangrijk.
  • Verdere ontwikkeling en opleiding op de werkvloer is mogelijk.
  • Heb je ervaring met complexere draaibewegingen en positioneringen van lasten is dat mooi meegenomen
  • Als je zelfstandig het zwaartepunt van een constructie kan inschatten is dit een plus
  • Je spreekt Nederlans OF Engels
