Ben jij technisch aangelegd, werk je graag met je handen en krijg je energie van het demonteren, controleren en weer perfect monteren van mechanische onderdelen? Dan is deze functie als Rollenmonteur iets voor jou! Binnen deze functie houd je je voornamelijk bezig met het demonteren, reinigen, inspecteren en monteren van rollen. Je werkt daarbij nauwkeurig volgens technische tekeningen en de geldende werkprocedures. Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat het materieel technisch in goede staat verkeert en volgens de juiste kwaliteitsstandaarden wordt afgeleverd. Als Rollenmonteur ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende technische werkzaamheden binnen de werkplaats. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Demonteren, reinigen, inspecteren en monteren van rollen; - Werken aan de hand van samengestelde technische tekeningen; - Controleren van onderdelen en signaleren van eventuele afwijkingen of slijtage; - Verwerken van gegevens in de administratie, waaronder gewerkte uren, gebruikte onderdelen en relevante data; - Bij incidentele werkzaamheden op locatie ondersteun je samen met een servicemonteur bij technische werkzaamheden; - Werken volgens de geldende procedures, voorschriften en veiligheidsrichtlijnen; - Actief bijdragen aan een efficiënte werkwijze volgens de principes van Lean Manufacturing.

Je werkt onder leiding van de Supervisor Service & Repair. Daarbij krijg je duidelijke prioriteiten en richtlijnen, maar wordt er ook van je verwacht dat je zelfstandig kunt werken en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor de kwaliteit van je werkzaamheden. Je komt terecht in een technische en professionele werkomgeving waar vakmanschap, kwaliteit en samenwerking belangrijk zijn. Daarnaast krijg je de mogelijkheid om je technische kennis verder te ontwikkelen en ervaring op te doen binnen verschillende onderdelen van Service & Repair.
