The posting

Binnen een opstartende vzw in Brussel, die zich richt op preventie van schooluitval en het aanpakken van belemmeringen in het schooltraject, zowel in basis- als in secundair onderwijs, ben je het centraal aanspreekpunt voor scholen. Je zorgt voor een snelle en doordachte beslissing in complexe dossiers. Daarnaast ben je breed inzetbaar en ondersteun je de werking van het netwerk en het lerend systeem wanneer de casusdruk lager ligt.

Je taken:

- Intake & casusregie: onthaal en intalke van aanmeldingen, screening en probleemanalyse, beslissen over het vervolgtraject, ondersteunen van scholen in casusreflectie en registratie en beperkte opvolging van dossiers.

- Rondetafelgesprekken: organiseren en voorbereiden van rondetafels, modereren van gesprekken, bewaken van focus en afspraken, samenwerken met partners.

- Ondersteuning van de dagelijkse werking en data-ondersteuning: dagelijke werking van de vzw ondersteunen, logistieke en financiële ondersteuning, ondersteunen van dataverzameling en -analyse.

- Flexibele inzet binnen de werking: vlot schakelen tussen casuswerk en systeemondersteuning, beschikbare tijd inzetten waar de nood het hoogst is, nauw samenwerken met netwerkverbinder van de vzw en outreachteam.
