Bij PM maken we zeer nauwkeurige metalen onderdelen voor de hightechindustrie. Als medewerker slijpen zorg jij ervoor dat onderdelen glad, vlak en precies op maat worden gemaakt. Je werkt met moderne Zwitserse en Duitse machines. Ervaring met rondslijpen is niet nodig. Ervaren collega's begeleiden je en leren je het vak stap voor stap. Wat ga je doen? Als rondslijper werk je aan uitdagende technische projecten waarin vakmanschap en uiterste nauwkeurigheid centraal staan. Je bewerkt ronde onderdelen tot op de micron nauwkeurig en stelt de CNC-rondslijpmachines grotendeels zelf in. Specialistisch werk waarbij jouw technische kennis en ervaring echt tot hun recht komen. Wat vragen wij van jou? - Je hebt mbo werk- en denkniveau in de richting techniek/verspaning. - Je bent nauwkeurig, kwaliteitsgericht en hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel. - Je hebt affiniteit met programmeren en softwarematige instellingen, of bent gemotiveerd om je hierin verder te ontwikkelen. - Je bent geduldig, hebt doorzettingsvermogen en denkt in oplossingen. - Je bent trots op je vak en het werk dat je aflevert. Wat bieden wij jou? In de functie van Rondslijper word je beloond conform de CAO Metaalbewerkingsbedrijf, je ontvangt 8% vakantietoeslag en een reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer indien je buiten een straal van 10 kilometer woont. Je ontvangt 25 vakantiedagen met daarop nog eens 13 ADV dagen, dus jaarlijks 38 vrije dagen. Dagelijks hebben wij voor onze medewerkers gratis fruit in de kantine.
