Je stelt het rooster op middels de jaarurensystematiek en in afstemming met de zorgvraag en formatie. Je zorgt voor de vervanging van medewerkers op verzoek van de leidinggevende en je verwerkt de planningen en eventuele mutaties in het geautomatiseerde systeem. Daarnaast registreer je de beschikbaarheid en inzet van medewerkers. Je controleert de registratie van de directe uren van de medewerkers aan de hand van de planning en daadwerkelijke inzet en zorgt ervoor, in nauw overleg met de leidinggevende, dat de zorg verleend wordt conform leveringsvoorwaarden en de overeengekomen richtlijnen. Tevens signaleer je afwijkingen in daadwerkelijke inzet in relatie tot de zorgtoekenningen en rapporteer je aan de leidinggevende. Je geeft tijdig signalen af bij te verwachten problemen ten aanzien van de planning en inzet. Je komt te werken in werkgebied Noordbroek e.o., waar Gockingaheem en Thuiszorg Noordbroek e.o. onderdeel van zijn. Op deze veelzijdige locatie werk je samen met ongeveer 75 betrokken collega's, verdeeld over 8 afdelingen. Binnen deze functie ben je daarnaast betrokken bij de planning van de medewerkers in de thuiszorg. Hierbij werk je nauw samen met een collega die je ondersteunt bij de planning, zodat de inzet van medewerkers goed aansluit bij de zorgvraag. Jij draagt vol trots de visie, missie en kernwaarden van de NNCZ, namelijk "Samen, Verbinden, Kracht, Waardevol en Dichtbij" immers, samen zijn we van Waard...
