Betaalde Functie De Helling is een eigenzinnig podium op de kop van Rotsoord, in Utrecht. Jaarlijks bezoeken 70.000 liefhebbers De Helling en die komen voor een diversiteit aan programmering: van lange drum 'n bass nachten tot metal concerten, van Burlesque tot een hiphop dance battle. Daarmee staan we voor ramvolle concerten, intieme optredens, stomende clubnachten en alles daar tussenin. Bezoekers, artiesten én ons team hebben ieder een eigen (artistieke) kijk op de wereld en voelen zich niet dertien-in-een-dozijn. De Helling bestaat uit een enthousiast team van gastvrije, open-minded muziekliefhebbers, met een dosis humor en twee benen op de grond. Daar zoeken we er nog eentje van, iedereen is welkom, wie je ook bent en welke voorkeuren je ook hebt. De Helling zoekt per direct een horecaroosteraar (gemiddeld 6 - 8 uur per week)(ook mogelijk als combinatie met bedrijfsleider) De horecaroosteraar is verantwoordelijk voor het roosteren van alle horecamedewerkers, bedrijfsleiders, de schoonmaak en de security. Naast het uitvragen van beschikbaarheid en invullen van de roosters per maand, pas je roosters gedurende de periode aan, indien de voorverkoop meer of minder wordt en je zoekt vervanging als iemand plotseling niet kan werken. Deze functie kan worden gecombineerd met de functie van bedrijfsleider (totaal samen 20 uur per week). Je houdt contact met de medewerkers over hun roosters en probeert zo goed mogelijk wensen van medewerkers in te passen, maar kijkt ook naar de beste roosteroplossing voor De Helling. De uren worden verdeeld over de week.
