Roosteraar / Planner Spoedeisende Hulp (SEH) - parttime MBO FWG 45 Spoedeisende hulp Op de Spoedeisende Hulp is geen dag hetzelfde en dat geldt ook voor het rooster. Met zo'n 75 collega's, verschillende functies én een afdeling die 24/7 draait, leg jij iedere dag opnieuw een uitdagende puzzel. Je kijkt maanden vooruit, maar kunt net zo makkelijk schakelen wanneer de bezetting voor morgen ineens verandert. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met een betrokken team dat volgens het teamroosterprincipe samen verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor een passend rooster. Zo maak jij beter nóg beter. Jij zorgt ervoor Als roosteraar / planner zorg jij ervoor dat de personele bezetting op onze Spoedeisende Hulp klopt, zowel in aantallen als in de benodigde kwalificaties. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het rooster van ongeveer 75 SEH-verpleegkundigen en doktersassistenten en werkt daarbij volgens het teamroosterprincipe: collega's hebben zelf een actieve rol in het vormgeven van hun rooster en jij bewaakt het totaalplaatje. Je kijkt continu vooruit, controleert of het rooster voldoet aan de geldende cao-afspraken, contracturen en het roosterhandboek van de SEH en stuurt bij wanneer dat nodig is. Als roosteraar / planner ga je elke uitdaging aan, zoals: - begeleiden en bewaken van de verschillende roosterrondes en controleren of het rooster drie maanden vooruit passend en compleet is. - verzamelen en beoordelen van vakantieaanvragen en deze verwerken binnen de beschikbare bezetting. - oplossen van ad-hocuitval en bezettingsproblemen voor vandaag en de komende dagen. - collega's actief bevragen bij onduidelijkheden en ontbrekende informatie, zodat je geen aannames hoeft te doen in het rooster. - signaleren van knelpunten en zoeken naar passende kortetermijnoplossingen, samen met collega's en teamleiders. - bijdragen aan een steeds flexibelere inzet van medewerkers en verdere samenwerking tussen de SEH en IC.
