Do you possess an IRATA Level 3 certificate, are you technically skilled, and do you enjoy working at heights? Do you enjoy leading and supervising operational teams, with a keen eye for safety and quality, and do you also like to roll up your sleeves? Furthermore, do you have an affinity for technical work and various industries, and are you up for working on the most challenging projects in hard-to-reach locations, such as at height and in confined spaces? Then this position as Rope Access Technician/Supervisor at Sky-Access B.V. is exactly what you are looking for! Company is based in Roosendaal.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone:

• With a valid IRATA level 3 certificate (hard demand) • Who enjoys being physically active in their work • Who has an affinity for working safely, the various industries, and technology • With a flexible and positive work attitude, a team player • Who has technical insight and enjoys working with their hands • With a technical background • With the necessary capabilities and ambition to take responsibility for rope safety on the projects • Who takes initiative, both solicited and unsolicited, and provides advice on IRATA-related knowledge, skills, and methodologies • Who is willing to work occasionally at irregular times (weekends/nights) • With a good command of English • Who holds a B driving license • With VCA-VOL certification (or willing to obtain it)

What do we offer you? • Contract duration: Intention is a permanent contract. First year a fixed term contract of 12 months (will be changed into a permanent contract if skills, performance and work attitude are meeting company demands) Trial period: 1 month Salary range (gross/month): €3.500 – €4.000 in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for the Small Metal Industry Housing: Employer offers suitable housing for the first period (to help the foreign colleque) – for this a contribution of the costs are for the account of employee (cost indication: between € 500 and € 600) • A varied and challenging job within an enthusiastic and close-knit team • Ample opportunities for personal development (IRATA upgrades, courses, advancement to project manager, IRATA part-time roles) • Working on unique and technically challenging projects, both nationally and internationally • Support and guidance in your career and certification processes • A no-nonsense company culture with a focus on safety and quality
