Bij RSP Makelaars krijg je een veelzijdige functie waarin je vastgoedtransacties begeleidt én leiding geeft aan ons secretariaat. Een verantwoordelijke rol met veel vrijheid, korte lijnen en volop ruimte om processen verder te verbeteren. Wie zijn wij? RSP Makelaars is een toonaangevend makelaarskantoor in bedrijfsmatig vastgoed in Zuid-Nederland. Het kantoor bestaat ruim 35 jaar en heeft vestigingen in 's-Hertogenbosch en Eindhoven. Samen met RSP Taxaties & Vastgoedadvies vormt RSP Makelaars de RSP Groep, waar een mooie mix van jong talent en ervaren adviseurs en taxateurs samenwerkt. Het team bestaat uit ruim 25 professionals die elke dag met volle betrokkenheid, verstand van zaken en kennis van de markt streven naar topkwaliteit voor hun opdrachtgevers. Na jarenlang deze belangrijke rol binnen RSP te hebben vervuld, gaat onze collega met pensioen. Daarom zoeken wij een nieuwe collega, die het stokje overneemt. Over de functie In jouw rol heb je twee belangrijke verantwoordelijkheden. Primair zorg jij voor de ondersteuning van het volledige commerciële proces rondom vastgoedtransacties: van de eerste afspraak tot de ondertekende overeenkomst zorg jij dat alles juridisch correct en tijdig is vastgelegd. Je werkt nauw samen met makelaars, secretaresses, klanten en externe partijen en en zorgt dat dossiers compleet zijn en documentatie klopt. Je neemt ook eigenaarschap over werkprocessen: je ziet wat beter kan, pakt het op en voert het door. Daarnaast geef je leiding aan het secretariaat en ben je verantwoordelijk voor coördinatie, kwaliteit en een uniforme werkwijze. Dat vraagt soms om standvastigheid, want je brengt structuur in een omgeving waarin iedereen zijn eigen voorkeuren heeft.
