In unserem Hauptbüro in Rum bei Innsbruck besetzen wir zur V... 1 Örtliche Bauaufsicht (ÖBA) - Tunnelausrüstung Stellenbeschreibung Sie unterstützen die erfolgreiche Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Infrastrukturprojekte im Bereich der Örtlichen Bauaufsicht. Dabei übernehmen Sie eigenverantwortlich folgende Aufgaben:

* Technische Freigabe und Kontrolle: Prüfung und Freigabe technischer Berechnungen sowie Planunterlagen. Überwachung der technischen Umsetzung durch die ausführenden Firmen vor Ort. * Bauüberwachung und Qualitätskontrolle: Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der örtlichen Bauaufsicht und Kontrolle aller erforderlichen Bauleistungen. Überwachung der Einhaltung interner und externer Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben sowie Aufmaßkontrollen auf der Baustelle. * Projektmanagement: Kostenverfolgung, Budgetkontrolle und Abrechnung der Bauleistungen in Abstimmung mit den ausführenden Firmen und dem Kunden. Kontrolle und Freigabe von Montageplänen, Berichterstellung zum Leistungsfortschritt, Bauaktführung und Fotodokumentation. * Zusammenarbeit und Koordination: Teilnahme an Bau- und Projektbesprechungen, Koordinierung der beteiligten Firmen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Teams. Dokumentation und Umsetzung von Besprechungsergebnissen sowie Bearbeitung von Baubucheinträgen und Mehrkostenforderungen. * Abnahme und Dokumentation: Abnahme von Montagen, Inbetriebnahmen und Prüfung der Bestandsdokumentation zur abschließenden Projektübergabe

Qualifikation * Abgeschlossene technischen Ausbildung im Bereich Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar * Erfahrung mit MS Office sowie CAD-Programmen oder anderen Planungstools von Vorteil. * Eine pro-aktive Persönlichkeit mit einwandfreiem Auftreten und Kommunikationsfähigkeit. * Erfahrung mit öffentlichen Auftraggebern ist von Vorteil * Führerschein der Klasse B * Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Österreichs; PKW-Nutzung möglich (Poolauto oder Selbstbehalt).
