De functie inhoud Als ruimtelijk planner, ziet jouw dag er als volgt uit:

  • Uitwerken van ruimtelijke uitvoeringsplannen en inrichtingsstudies
  • Ontwikkelen van verkavelingen en stedenbouwkundige concepten
  • Adviseren van zowel publieke als private opdrachtgevers rond ruimtelijke vraagstukken
  • Meewerken aan de inrichting van openbare ruimte en wegen
  • Vertalen van ruimtelijke visies naar concrete en haalbare ontwerpen
  • Integreren van groenblauwe landschapsontwikkeling in projecten
  • Samenwerken met collega’s en andere disciplines binnen diverse projecten
  • Zelfstandig opvolgen en uitwerken van dossiers van concept tot realisatie

  • Kan zelfstandig en in team werken

  • Je hebt kennis en ervaring met de Vlaamse ruimtelijke ordening
  • Je bent vertrouwd met tekenpakket Autocad
  • Passie voor inrichting van publieke ruimtes heb je
  • Interesse in innovaties binnen de sector, met oog voor de praktijk
  • Hands-on ingesteld en kwaliteitsgericht
  • Diploma hoger of universitair onderwijs heb je op zak
