Heb je ervaring als bouwkundig Uitvoerder Ruwbouw? Dan zoeken wij jou! Bij jouw nieuwe werkgever, een groot bouwbedrijf in Nederland, zal jij een belangrijke rol spelen in het bouwen van een tof project. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan uit: - Het bestuderen van bestekken, tekeningen en werkplannen, opstellen en bewaken van de projectplanning en voorbereiden van de ruwbouwfasen zoals grondwerk, funderingen en casco; - Aansturen van timmerlieden, metselaars en betonwerkers, coördineren van onderaannemers en toezien op een efficiënte uitvoering van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden; - Controleren van maatvoering, uitvoering en kwaliteit tijdens de ruwbouwfase, signaleren van afwijkingen en waar nodig aanbrengen van correcties; - Het waarborgen van veiligheid op de bouwplaats door het uitvoeren van veiligheidsrondes, controleren van PBM’s en handhaven van orde en netheid; - Onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers en projectleiding, bijhouden van rapportages en documenteren van voortgang, kwaliteitscontroles en meerwerk.
