Je krijgt als Ruwbouw uitvoerder bovenbouw veel verantwoordelijkheid en ruimte om zelf initiatief te tonen. Je zult veel communiceren en schakelen tussen klanten en je collega’s. Samen zorg je ervoor dat de mooie projecten een succes worden en voldoen aan de eisen van de klant. Wat worden je werkzaamheden? - Je maakt een realistische planning en zorgt ervoor dat alle vakmensen en onderaannemers precies weten wat ze moeten doen, zodat het project op tijd klaar is; - Je zorgt dat de juiste spullen op het juiste moment op de bouwplaats zijn. Daarna loop jij je rondes om te checken of het geleverde werk ook echt voldoet aan onze kwaliteitseisen; - Het in de gaten houden van de financiën. Je bewaakt het projectbudget, controleert inkoopfacturen en zorgt dat het factureren naar de klant op tijd gebeurt; - Veiligheid staat voorop. Je houdt toezicht op de regels en vergunningen.

Je kunt goed het overzicht bewaren en denkt in oplossingen in plaats van problemen. Als Ruwbouw uitvoerder bovenbouw kun je uitstekend communiceren en beheers je de Nederlandse taal goed. Wat heb je nog meer nodig? - Een afgeronde MBO opleiding; - Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de bouwsector of een andere technische sector. Projectorganisatie is een pré; - Je kunt een bouwtekening lezen; - Een VCA VOL en beheert de kennis van veiligheid op de bouw; - In bezig van een Rijbewijs B.
