Onze klant is een middelgroot bouwbedrijf gevestigd in Kapellen dat deel uitmaakt van één van de grootste bouwgroepen van Europa. Ze specialiseren zich reeds meer dan 30 jaar in renovatie- en restauratieprojecten voornamelijk voor publieke instellingen en ook voor particulieren en private investeerders. De activiteiten omvatten onder andere het transformeren van stedelijk ingebed vastgoed, de renovatie van sociale woningbouwcomplexen en woonwijken, de renovatie van zwembaden en sportcomplexen, de renovatie en modernisering van scholen en de restauratie van historische panden in de meest brede zin.

Als ruwbouwmedewerker werk je mee aan de realisatie van diverse bouwprojecten.

Je staat samen met jouw collega's in het uitvoeren van allerhande ruwbouwwerken, vanaf de opstart tot het wind- en waterdicht maken van gebouwen.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Uitvoeren van funderingswerken, metselwerken, betonwerken en bekistingswerken
  • Plaatsen van welfsels, draagbalken en andere constructie-elementen
  • Helpen bij het plaatsen en verwijderen van bekistingen en stellingen
  • Assisteren bij het gieten en afwerken van beton
  • Voorbereiden van bouwmaterialen en afval van de werf
  • Correct gebruik van gereedschappen, bouwmachines en materialen
  • Werken volgens de overeenkomstige veiligheidsvoorschriften en werkinstructies
  • Rapporteren aan de (hoofd)werfleider
