Gestalten Sie die medizinische Zukunft zweier BioLife Plasmazentren in Wien.

Als Ärztliche Leitung unserer Plasmazentren Wien Kirchengasse und Wien Favoriten gestalten Sie die medizinische Ausrichtung zweier Standorte, fördern eine Kultur der Exzellenz und leisten gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team einen entscheidenden Beitrag für Patient:innen weltweit.

Das bewirken Sie:

* Medizinische Leitung der Plasmazentren Wien Kirchengasse und Wien Favoriten

* Leitung und Supervision des ärztlichen Teams

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Zentrumsleitung und der Qualitätsbeauftragten

* Ansprechpartner:in für medizinische Fragestellungen innerhalb der Zentren

* Förderung einer Kultur der Qualität, Sicherheit und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung

* Medizinische Betreuung und Beratung unserer Plasmaspender:innen im Rahmen des Spendebetriebs

Das bringen Sie mit:

* Ius practicandi

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Plasmapherese oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachärzt:in für Transfusionsmedizin

* Freundlichkeit im Umgang mit Menschen

* Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Gute EDV-Anwenderkenntnisse

* Starke Kund:innen- und Serviceorientierung

* Positive Persönlichkeit mit Freude an Teamarbeit

* Interesse an Führungsaufgaben

Motivierte Mitarbeiter:innen gehören entsprechend entlohnt. Für diese wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Position beträgt das Mindestgehalt € 5.598,85 brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, KV chem. Industrie)plus attraktiver jährlicher Leistungsbonus. Das tatsächliche Gehaltspaket richtet sich nach Ihrer Berufserfahrung, welche die Basis für anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten bildet. Überzahlung ist bei entsprechender Erfahrung möglich.
