Als modernes Kompetenz-Zentrum bietet das Klinikum am Kurpark Baden stationäre medizinische Rehabilitation und Anschluss-Heilverfahren nach orthopädischen und rheumatischen Erkrankungen an. Unser Ziel ist es, unseren Patient:innen mit einer qualitativ hochwertigen und individuellen Medizin zu mehr Gesundheit, Selbständigkeit im Alltag und Selbstbestimmung zu verhelfen.

Für unser gut etabliertes, modern ausgestattetes Klinikum mit 120 Betten, 120 engagierten Mitarbeiter:innen und jährlich rund 2.150 Patient:innen suchen wir aufgrund der bevorstehenden Pensionierung unseres Ärztlichen Direktors eine Führungspersönlichkeit mit fundierter Erfahrung auf dem Gebiet der Rehabilitation. 1 Ärztliche:r Direktor:in Sie sind Mediziner:in geworden, um Menschen ganzheitlich zu begleiten - von der Diagnose bis zur wirksamen therapeutischen Maßnahme? Sie schätzen die Zusammenarbeit in einem multidisziplinären Team und möchten Ihre Expertise als Führungskraft in einem breiten Diagnosefeld in der Reha einsetzen?

Was ist Ihre Aufgabe?

* Führung und Steuerung des gesamten Klinikums als Mitglied der Kollegialen Führung unter Einhaltung sämtlicher gesetzlicher Vorschriften und behördlicher Auflagen

* Fachliche und personelle Verantwortung für den medizinisch-diagnostischen und therapeutischen Bereich mit aktuell 46 Mitarbeiter:innen

* Sicherstellung und kontinuierlicher Ausbau der hohen medizinischen Qualität für unsere Patient:innen

* Aktives Mitwirken in der Patient:innen-Betreuung sowie in der Diagnostik und der Erstellung von individuellen Therapie-Konzepten

* Mitarbeit bzw. Leitung von ausgewählten internen und standortübergreifenden Projekten im Auftrag der Geschäftsführung

* Teilnahme an bzw. Organisation und Durchführung von medizinischen Fachveranstaltungen, Vorträgen und Kongressen

Was wünschen wir uns von Ihnen?

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachärzt:in mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der rehabilitativen Medizin in einer der Fachrichtungen:

** Physikalische Medizin und Allgemeine Rehabilitation

** Orthopädie und Traumatologie

** Innere Medizin und Rheumatologie

* Nachweisbare, fundierte Erfahrung in der Führung eines Fachbereichs bzw. einer Abteilung einer medizinischen Einrichtung

* Ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis

* Entscheidungsfähigkeit

* Innovationsfreude und Veränderungskompetenz

* Klare und wertschätzende Kommunikation in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit

* Ihr tatsächliches Gehaltspaket wird entsprechend Ihrer Qualifikation und Erfahrung festgelegt.
