Vi har lanserat ett nytt säljkontor i Fuengirola på Costa del Sol — och vi söker drivna svensktalande säljare som vill vara med.

Kontoret drivs av 4Performance, i samarbete med Make Marketing Great Again (MMGA) — ett bolag med över tio års erfarenhet av att driva ett av Gran Canarias ledande outbound telemarketingkontor inriktat mot den svenska marknaden. Sedan 2014 har MMGA byggt upp ett rykte för att utveckla grymma säljare och skapa en kultur där prestation och en fantastisk livsstil går hand i hand. Nu tar vi med oss samma formel till Costa del Sol.

Det innebär en beprövad struktur, erfaret ledarskap och riktiga karriärmöjligheter.

Med telefonen som verktyg tar du kontakt med både nya och befintliga kunder och säljer in våra tjänster. Du får en gedigen utbildning i de tjänster vi säljer och i säljteknik. Vi arbetar med daglig coachning för att du som säljare ska få de bästa förutsättningarna att utvecklas i din roll. Vi erbjuder ett av marknadens bästa provisionssystem. Anställningen påbörjas alltid med en heldagsutbildning. Vi erbjuder alla anställda en lönegaranti — men vi jobbar främst med prestationsbaserad provision, och det finns inget lönetak!
