Ihre Aufgaben:

- Auftragsbearbeitung und -abwicklung für den Bereich Customer Service - Laufende Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden - Mitarbeit bei der Prozessoptimierung - Mitarbeit bei der Qualitätssicherung - Administrative Tätigkeiten (z.B. Daten- und Systempflege, Statistiken)

Unsere Anforderungen:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAK/HAS, FH / Universität, etc.) - Berufserfahrung in der Sachbearbeitung erwünscht sowie im Bereich Customer Service von Vorteil - Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (Word / Excel / Outlook) - Englisch-Kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Freude an der Betreuung und Beratung von Kunden - Vorliebe für eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise im Team
