Annahme und Bearbeitung von Anfragen per Telefon oder E-Mail

Logistische, organisatorische und administrative Auftragsabwicklung (intern und extern)

Bearbeitung von Kundenanliegen

Verkauf von Zusatzdienstleistungen

Steuern und Überwachen von Aufträgen und Terminen

Erstellung von kundenspezifischen Reports

Unterstützung des Sales-Teams bei der Einführung von Neugeschäften

Ihre Kompetenzen

Abgeschlossene, kaufmännische Ausbildung

Berufserfahrung in der Speditionsbranche von Vorteil

Sehr gute Sprachkenntnisse (Deutsch, Englisch, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil)

Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (Word und Excel)

Teamfähigkeit & Selbstständigkeit

Hohe Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Flexibilität
