Zur Verstärkung des Teams am Standort St. Pölten-Unterradlberg suchen wir ab sofort 1 Sachbearbeiter Expedit (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

* Sie übernehmen die vollständige Auftragsabwicklung - von der Auftragsfreigabe über die Unterweisung der LKW-Fahrer bis hin zur Erstellung aller erforderlichen Lieferdokumente.

* Sie arbeiten eng mit unseren Frachtpartnern zusammen, disponieren LKWs und stellen sicher, dass unsere Waren termingerecht beim Kunden ankommen.

* Sie verwalten zuverlässig und termingerecht die Buchungen von Ladungsträgern und Zeitfenstern in den jeweiligen Kundenportalen.

* Im Backoffice behalten Sie stets den Überblick: Sie prüfen Frachtrechnungen, betreuen Palettenkonten, pflegen Frachtpreise und organisieren das Leergutmanagement.

* Sie bearbeiten Reklamationen professionell und wickeln Retouren strukturiert sowie kundenorientiert ab.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Spedition oder Disposition von Vorteil

* Organisationsgeschick und eine strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System von Vorteil

* Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
