Ihre Aufgaben

Sie betreuen unsere Kunden von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung inkl. Terminabklärung

Sie erfassen sorgfältig Aufträge in unserem ERP-System und erstellen Arbeitszettel und sorgen als wichtigste Schnittstelle für die korrekte Weitergabe an die Produktion

Sie prüfen Preise und klären Abweichungen eigenständig ab

Sie stimmen sich mit Kunden und der Produktion ab und benachrichtigen alle Beteiligten rechtzeitig über den aktuellen Stand

Sie wickeln sämtliche Korrespondenz und Telefonate ab

Sie sorgen für eine einwandfreie Aktenverwaltung / Ablage die jederzeit auffindbar ist

Sie unterstützen Ihre Kollegin beim Fuhrparkmanagement unserer LKWs und Firmenautos

Sie sind die erste Ansprechperson für die Annahme von Fracht- und Begleitpapieren externer Anlieferer und erfassen diese präzise

Das bringen Sie mit

Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische/ technische Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HAS, HTL, Lehre) - Berufserfahrung von Vorteil

Freude an der Mitwirkung von abwechslungsreichen Projekten und im Umgang mit Menschen

Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Einen routinierten Umgang mit dem MS-Office Paket

Teamgeist, Hilfsbereitschaft und eine klare, durchsetzungsstarke Kommunikation

Flexibilität sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen rasch zu reagieren

hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung, Stressresistenz und Lernbereitschaft
