Daher suchen wir zum sofortigen Eintritt eine:n 1 Sachbearbeiter:in Auftragsmanagement & Fakturierung Aufgabengebiete:

* Selbstständige Abwicklung der laufenden Fakturierung

* Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausgangsrechnungen

* Bearbeitung und Kontrolle von Eingangsrechnungen

* Prüfung von Rechnungsdaten, Preisen und relevanten Belegen

* Erfassung und Pflege von Rechnungs- und Stammdaten

* Klärung von Differenzen und offenen Fragen rund um Rechnungen

* Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen, Kund:innen und Lieferant:innen

* Bearbeitung offener Posten und Unterstützung im Mahnwesen

* Erstellung von Auswertungen und Reports

* Unterstützung bei Monatsabschlussarbeiten

* Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung digitaler Rechnungsprozesse

Anforderungsprofil:

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; BMD-Kenntnisse von Vorteil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Hohe Affinität im Umgang mit Zahlen

* Genauigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung
