Hauptfokus liegt im Import aus Fernost verschiedenster Artikel im Heimtextilbereich wie Fertigvorhänge, Kissen, Decken uvm.

Eine Vielzahl an großen Möbelkonzernen dürfen wir als unsere geschätzten Kund_innen.

Somit steht eine professionelle Abwicklung als auch die kreative Umsetzung spezifischer Kund_innenwünsche an erster Stelle.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Sachbearbeiter_in Einkauf & Auftragsabwicklung (m./w./d.) IHRE AUFGABEN:

- eigenverantwortliche Auftragsabwicklung - von der Bestellung bis zur Wareneingangsprüfung

- internationaler Einkauf mit Schwerpunkt China / Asien

- Bestellungen und laufende Kommunikation mit internationalen Herstellern und Lieferanten

- Koordination und Überwachung von An- und Auslieferungen

- Betreuung und Auftragsabwicklung für namhafte Möbelhaus-Kunden

- Pflege und Erfassung relevanter Daten in unserem Warenwirtschaftssystem

- Unterstützung bei vielseitigen kaufmännischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten

WAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

- abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (HAK, HAS, HBLA, Lehre o. Ä.) von Vorteil

- erste Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, in der Auftragsabwicklung oder Logistik von Vorteil

- gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und Word

- gute IT-Kenntnisse und Interesse an digitalen Plattformen

- Kenntnisse im Bereich Social Media von Vorteil

- Organisationstalent sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

- Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und Kundenorientierung

IHRE ARBEITSZEIT:

- Montag bis Donnerstag von 8:00 bis 12:00 Uhr und 12:30 bis 17:00 Uhr

- Freitag von 8:00 bis 13:00 Uhr

- 38 1/2 Stunden / Woche
