In unserem Tiefbau-Team bist du eine wichtige organisatorische Drehscheibe: Du unterstützt deine Kolleg:innen bei Kundenaufträgen, erstellst Angebote, kümmerst dich um Bestellungen und sorgst gemeinsam mit Einkauf, Lager und Logistik dafür, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.

Viel wichtiger sind uns eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, technisches Interesse und die Freude daran, gemeinsam im Team Lösungen für unsere Kunden zu finden. 1 Sachbearbeiter:in Einkauf & Vertrieb / Tiefbau (m/w/d) 100 % Das gehört zu deinem Arbeitsalltag

* Du unterstützt unser Team bei der Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen im Bereich Tiefbau.

* Du erstellst Angebote, holst Preise ein und klärst offene Fragen mit Kunden und Lieferanten.

* Du bist telefonisch und schriftlich mit unseren Kunden und Lieferanten in Kontakt.

* Du bestellst und disponierst Waren für laufende Aufträge.

* Du stimmst dich mit Lager und Logistik ab und behältst Liefertermine im Blick.

* Du unterstützt bei Projektanfragen und Ausschreibungen und bereitest die benötigten Unterlagen vor.

* Du hältst Stammdaten und Auftragsinformationen in unserem ERP-System aktuell.

Das bringst du mit

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung und arbeitest gerne organisiert und genau.

Wenn du bereits Erfahrung im Großhandel, Tiefbau oder Bauumfeld gesammelt hast, ist das natürlich ein Plus - aber kein Muss. Auch wenn du aus einem anderen technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich kommst und dich in das Thema einarbeiten möchtest, freuen wir uns auf dich.

Wichtig sind uns vor allem technisches Interesse, Verlässlichkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen. Mit Office-Programmen arbeitest du sicher; Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System ist von Vorteil.

Wir freuen uns auf dich! Das Mindestentgelt für die Stelle als Sachbearbeiter:in Einkauf & Vertrieb / Tiefbau (m/w/d) 100 % beträgt 2.362,00 EUR brutto pro Monat auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung. Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
