Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in Wien suchen wir eine engagierte und erfahrene Persönlichkeit als 1 Sachbearbeiter_in im Interventionsbereich (m/w/d) Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau

* Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Inkasso-, Banken- oder Leasingbereich

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechend gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office-Anwendungen und gängigen PC-Anwendungen

* Kommunikationsstärke, professionelles Auftreten und gutes Ausdrucksvermögen

* Rasche Auffassungsgabe, logisches Denkvermögen und ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis

* Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise

* Teamgeist, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Einwandfreier Leumund; Führerschein B von Vorteil

Ihre Aufgaben

* Erfassung und Aufbereitung von Berichten sowie Erstellung von Fakturen

* Aktenanlage und laufende Evidenzhaltung

* Mündliche und schriftliche Korrespondenz mit Kund_innen, Auftraggebern und Außendienstmitarbeiter_innen

* Telefonische Kund_innenbetreuung und Mahntelefonie

* Erstellung von Statistiken und Erstattung von Strafanzeigen

* Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Innendienst
