Du arbeitest strukturiert, behältst auch bei mehreren Themen den Überblick und sorgst dafür, dass Informationen, Termine und Abläufe gut aufeinander abgestimmt sind? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.

Hier gestaltest du mit:

º Du erstellst präzise und ansprechende Angebote und Anfragen.

º Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere KundInnen und LieferantInnen.

º Du behältst Kundenaufträge und Liefertermine im Blick und sorgst für eine reibungslose Abwicklung.

º Du führst schriftliche und telefonische Korrespondenz mit KundInnen und LieferantInnen.

Das macht dich aus:

º Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

º Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position

º Ausgeprägte Organisationsstärke und Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen

º Kommunikationsstärke und routinierte Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen sowie externen PartnerInnen

º Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ein respektvoller Umgang mit KollegInnen

º Technisches Verständnis
