* Kontrolle aller Einsatzzeiten der Außendienstmitarbeiter PuB nach Vorgabe der Betriebsvereinbarung

* Erfassen und Kontrolle der Fehlzeiten aller Außendienstmitarbeiter vom PuB im GSD und DPW Programm

* Anlegen und Korrektur der Stammdaten im System "GSD" (ein internes System)

WAS BRINGST DU MIT?

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Bürokauffrau/-mann)

* Erfahrung in der Lohnverrechnung von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Programmen

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent sowie strukturiertes und effizientes Zeitmanagement

* Hohe Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität im Arbeitsalltag

* Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation, sich fachlich weiterzuentwickeln

* Berufserfahrung im Backoffice von Vorteil

* Identifikation mit den Grundsätzen des Roten Kreuzes und Freude an einer sinnstiftenden Tätigkeit
