Mit fast 2000 Mitarbeitenden entwickelt sich die Landeshauptstadt Innsbruck stetig weiter. Wir gestalten Innsbruck gemeinsam und suchen für unser Team eine:n Sachbearbeiter:in (m/w/x) für Wohnbauförderung.

Aufgaben:

* Beratung und Betreuung in allen baulichen Förderbereichen (telefonisch, schriftlich und persönlich)

* Vorbereitung und eigenständige Bearbeitung von Anträgen zu Wohnhaussanierungen, senior:innengerechten Nasszellen, Fluglärmschutzförderungen sowie zur Förderung des nachträglichen Lifteinbaus, einschließlich der Ermittlung der Förderbeträge

* Vorberechnung möglicher Förderungen vor Baubeginn im Rahmen der Beratung unter Vorlage der Angebote

* Überprüfung von U-Wert-Berechnungen und Energieausweisen

* Selbstständige Recherche, Bearbeitung und Umsetzung fachspezifischer technischer Fragestellungen

* Nachkontrolle der Hauptwohnsitze bereits ausgezahlter Förderungen sowie mögliche Rückforderung bei Airbnb- und Privatzimmervermietung

* Außendienst: Besichtigung und Kontrolle der vor Ort umgesetzten förderfähigen Sanierungsmaßnahmen

Sie bringen mit:

* Matura einer höheren technischen Lehranstalt mit Fachrichtung Hochbau

* Hohe soziale Kompetenz und serviceorientiertes Verhalten gegenüber Parteien

* Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Beratungsgeschick

* Bereitschaft, sich umfassendes Wissen in fördertechnischen Bereichen anzueignen und sich kontinuierlich fortzubilden

* Schnelle Auffassungsgabe beim Planlesen sowie bei der Angebots- und Rechnungsprüfung

* Interesse an selbstständiger Arbeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Fundierte MS-Office Kenntnisse (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Entlohnung:

Der zu besetzende Dienstposten ist in der Entlohnungsgruppe b eingereiht. Das monatliche Mindestentgelt beträgt auf Basis von Vollbeschäftigung €3.248,60 brutto, dieses kann sich auf Grund der gesetzlichen Vorschriften durch anrechenbare Vordienstzeiten sowie durch sonstige mit den Besonderheiten des Arbeitsplatzes verbundene Bezugs- bzw. Entlohnungsbestandteile erhöhen.
