Für unseren Kunden, welcher ein öffentlich-rechtlicher Fond mit jahrelanger Erfahrung ist, suchen wir ab sofort zur Unterstützung des Teams in Wien ein/e: 1 Sachbearbeiter/in mit Lohnverrechnungskompetenz (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben:

* Eigenständige Prüfung der eingereichten Förderunterlagen im Sinne der jeweils geltenden Leistungsordnung

* Kontrolle von Lohn-/Gehaltszetteln auf Plausibilität und korrekte Abrechnung

* Bearbeitung, Freigabe und Abrechnung von Unterstützungsanträgen im SWF-Förderportal

* Korrespondenz (schriftlich oder telefonisch) mit unseren Förderwerbern und Aus- und Weiterbildungseinrichtungen

* Support unserer Klienten bezüglich Förderabwicklungsmodalitäten und SWF-Förderportalbedienung

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene (kaufmännische) Ausbildung oder Matura

* Lohnverrechnungserfahrung, idealerweise für Arbeiterinnen und Arbeiter

* Berufserfahrung in Administration/Organisation und/oder Sachbearbeitung, einschlägige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert

* Kenntnisse im Bereich der Arbeitskräfteüberlassung wünschenswert

* Sehr gute MS Office-Anwendungskenntnisse

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis/Genauigkeit

* Organisationsvermögen

* Datenbankanwenderkenntnisse von Vorteil, aber nicht Bedingung
