1 Sachbearbeiter_in / Projektmanager_in Projektlogistik Unser Partner ist Teil einer deutschen Unternehmensgruppe, einem Familienunternehmen in 5. Generation mit über 150 Jahren Geschichte und mehr als 1.850 Mitarbeitenden weltweit. Als einer der führenden Kraftwerks- und Apparatebauer Westösterreichs steht der Standort in Bludenz für Energiewende-Technologie mit Konzernstabilität und Familienunternehmenskultur.

In dieser Position organisierst und wickelst du die Transportlogistik für internationale Kraftwerksprojekte ab, inklusive Sonder- und Schwertransporte für Großkomponenten, und koordinierst zwischen Fertigung, Baustelle, Spediteuren und Projektleitung.

Arbeitszeit

* Vollzeit, 40 Stunden pro Woche

* Montag bis Freitag

* 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr

* Gleitzeitmodell mit Kernzeit:

** 09:00 bis 11:30 Uhr

** 14:00 bis 16:00 Uhr

Vergütung

* Bis zu € 5.500 brutto pro Monat

Deine Aufgaben

* Organisation und Abwicklung der Transportlogistik für internationale Kraftwerksprojekte, inklusive Sonder- und Schwertransporte für Großkomponenten (Kessel, Druckbehälter, Stahlbau)

* Einholen und Vergleichen von Speditionsangeboten

* Erstellung von Versand-, Export- und Zolldokumenten sowie Abwicklung nach Incoterms

* Terminverfolgung und Koordination zwischen Fertigung, Baustelle, Spediteuren und Projektleitung

* Verpackungsdisposition und Rechnungsprüfung der Frachtkosten

* Pflege der Logistikdaten im ERP-System

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. einschlägige Logistikausbildung

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in internationaler Projektlogistik, Maschinen- und Anlagenversand oder industrieller Exportabwicklung

* Erfahrung in Angebotseinholung, Speditionsauswahl, Kostenvergleich und Budgetüberwachung

* Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Fertigung, Montage, Verpackern, Speditionen und Kunden

* Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Organisation internationaler Transporte, idealerweise über mehrere Verkehrsträger

* Praktische Kenntnisse in Zoll, Exportdokumentation und Incoterms

* Erfahrung in Schwertransport, Seefracht, Luftfracht und Disposition

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen bzw. SAP

* Englischkenntnisse mindestens B2 für internationale Projekte
