Das AMS Wien sucht für einen renomierten Kunden im Bankensektor im Zuge einer schriftlichen Vorauswahl 1 Sachbearbeiter/in Vertragsaktivierung (w/m/x)

Das erwartet dich in deinem neuen Job:

* Du prüfst die bereits bewilligten Leasingverträge, klärst Differenzen und sorgst dafür, dass Lieferanten ihr Geld erhalten.

* Du legst neue Verträge in unseren internen Systemen an und bereitest sie für die nächsten Kundenbetreuer:innen vor.

* Du arbeitest eng mit den Vertriebs- und Verwaltungsabteilungen zusammen und hast telefonischen Kontakt mit Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen und Kundenbetreuer:innen.

* Du bist gerne für unsere Kunden da, von Montag bis Donnerstag zwischen 08:00 und 17:00 Uhr und am Freitag von 08:00 bis 16:00 Uhr.

Das bringst du mit:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen kaufmännischen Tätigkeit mit schriftlichem und telefonischen Kundenkontakt.

* Gutes Zahlengefühl und einen genauen Blick für Fehler oder Unstimmigkeiten z.B. auf Rechnungen.

* Spaß an einer abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeit, wo kein Geschäftsfall wie der andere ist.

* Routine in der Nutzung von IT-Systemen und Offenheit für technische Neuerungen.

* Organisationstalent sowie Humor und Lebensfreude, die es im direkten Kundenkontakt braucht.

* Wenn auch Begeisterung für Autos vorhanden ist: umso besser!
