Zur Verstärkung des bestehenden Teams suchen wir 2 Sachbearbeiter Kundendienst technisches Gebäudemanagement (m/w/d) auf Basis Vollzeit zum ehest möglichen Eintritt.

Deine Aufgaben - vielseitig & verantwortungsvoll

* Digital first: Du arbeitest in einem vollständig digitalisierten Umfeld mit modernen, KI-gestützten Prozessen - von der Auftragsanlage bis zur Verrechnung.

* Kommunikation als Schlüssel: Du bist erste:r Ansprechpartner:in für unsere Auftraggeber:innen und Geschäftspartner:innen und findest für jede Frage die passende Antwort.

* Organisationstalent gefragt: Du koordinierst Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsarbeiten effizient im ERP-System - unterstützt durch smarte Tools.

* Einsatzplanung mit Weitblick: Du planst unsere Techniker:innen für Wartungs- und Störungseinsätze - digital, KI-gestützt, strukturiert und vorausschauend.

* Angebote & Bestellungen: Du erstellst Angebote für unsere B2B-Kund:innen, holst Lieferantenangebote ein und löst Bestellungen aus - alles zentral im ERP-System.

* Teamwork zählt: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachabteilungen wie Technik, Brandschutz und Geschäftsführung zusammen.

* Projekte im Griff: Du begleitest Projekte von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung - inklusive lückenloser, digitaler Dokumentation.

Dein Profil - fachlich stark & persönlich überzeugend

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung (Lehre, HAS, HTL, HAK, HLW, TU, FH etc.)

* Aktuelle Berufserfahrung in einem technischen oder immobiliennahen Umfeld

* Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (z. B. SAP, MS-Dynamics) von Vorteil

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel)

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Kommunikationsstärke, Kundenorientierung und Teamgeist
