Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) für den Bereich Zentrale Dienste. In dieser vielseitigen Position übernehmen Sie zentrale Koordinations- und Verwaltungsaufgaben und tragen maßgeblich zur Aufrechterhaltung eines reibungslosen Betriebsablaufs bei. Sie fungieren als wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen und unterstützen in organisatorischen sowie sicherheitsrelevanten Angelegenheiten. Arbeitszeit : Montag bis Freitag zwischen 07:00 und 15:00 Uhr

IHR PROFIL

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau mit einschlägiger Berufserfahrung

* Sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (MS Office) sowie SAP-Kenntnisse

* Gute Englischkenntnisse

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement

* Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten

* Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent

* Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit

* Ansprechperson für Werkssicherheitsdienst, Poststelle, Wäschestelle sowie Wege & Plätze

* Unterstützung in der Gebäudeverwaltung

* Mitwirkung im Krisenmanagement

* Organisation und Verwaltung des Fuhrparks

* Abwechslungsreiche und verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit in einem professionellen Arbeitsumfeld

* Bereitschaft zur Erreichbarkeit bzw. Unterstützung bei Bedarf auch an Wochenenden

Der Bruttomonatslohn beträgt für diese Position mindestens € 3.519,00. Abhängig von Ausbildung, Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
