In dieser Rolle bist du die zentrale Ansprechperson für Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um das Thema Zoll und Verzollung. Du betreust Kundenanfragen telefonisch sowie schriftlich und arbeitest eng mit internen Fachabteilungen zusammen.

Zeitraum: Ab sofort

Arbeitsmodell: Vollzeit (38,5 h/Woche Schichten: 07:50-16:20 / 08:40-17:10 Uhr Fr 1 h kürzer!)

Homeoffice: 20 % (1 Tag pro Woche nach der Einarbeitung)

Deine Aufgaben

* Erste Ansprechperson für Kunden bei allen Fragen rund um das Thema Zoll und Verzollung

* Telefonische Betreuung und Beratung über die interne Zoll-Servicehotline

* Schriftliche und telefonische Einholung relevanter Dokumente für den Import- und Exportprozess sowie Reklamationsbearbeitung

* Schnittstellenfunktion zu internen Abteilungen zur reibungslosen Abwicklung von Sendungen

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. HAK, HAS oder vergleichbar)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Kundenservice, Callcenter oder in der direkten Kundenbetreuung

* Interesse an der Logistikbranche; erste Zollkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

* Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Word und Excel) sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

* Kommunikative, lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Teamwork und langfristigem Interesse
