Ihre Mission bei uns

* Datenaktualisierung: Sie pflegen und aktualisieren Stammdaten (z.B.: CDP, SAP, F-Sales, APAS, AWP)

* Qualitätskontrolle: Sie überprüfen bestehende Datensätze auf Richtigkeit, Vollständigkeit sowie Dubletten und korrigieren Fehler eigenständig.

* Recherche: Sie recherchieren fehlende Informationen im Internet oder in internen Dokumenten und ergänzen diese im System.

* Schnittstellenarbeit: Sie arbeiten eng mit anderen Abteilungen (z.B.: Buchhaltung, Standorte, zentrale Bereiche) zusammen, um eine reibungslose Datenqualität zu gewährleisten.

* Kollegen-Support & Hilfe: Sie sind die erste Anlaufstelle für Kolleg:innen bei Fragen oder Problemen rund um unsere genutzten Programme (z.B.: CDP und APAS)

Ihr Profil als Zukunftsgestalter:in

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Erfahrung im administrativen Bereich

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, offen für neue Tools

* Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und Flexibilität

* Organisiert, zuverlässig und gewissenhaft
