In het kort: Je gaat als Release Train Engineer SAFe-events organiseren en optimaliseren, risico’s en impediments managen, stakeholders afstemmen, teams en leiders coachen in Lean-Agile werken en bijdragen aan verdere professionalisering van de Scaled Agile werkwijze. Doelstelling van de functie Een Release Train Engineer (RTE) is binnen DUO van toegevoegde waarde op het moment dat een organisatorische eenheid besluit om Scaling toe te passen en dan in het bijzonder een Agile Release Train, in de kern is de RTE verantwoordelijk voor het faciliteren van dit proces. DUO ICT heeft inmiddels ruim 3 jaar ervaring met Scaled Agile werken conform SAFe. BIj ICT OnderwijsInstellingen (OI) is de uidaging om de komende jaren gefaseerd een vernieuwing door te voeren op het applicatielandschap. Hier zijn meerdere teams bij betrokken. Daarom is er behoefte aan een extra RTE. Taken - Organiseren, faciliteren en continu optimaliseren van de Release Train events waaronder de PI-planning en Inspect & Adapt event. - Ondersteunen van Product Management bij het monitoren van de realisatie van features en capabilities (producten) m.b.v. metrics - Beheersen van risico's en escaleren en monitoren van impediments (verstoringen) binnen de Release Train - Ondersteunen van Business- en Product Management bij economische besluitvorming door het schatten van features en capaciteiten, door teams en de doorvertaling hiervan naar Epics (grote opdrachten) te faciliteren - Samenwerken met Productmanagement, Product Owners en andere stakeholders om voor afstemming van strategie en uitvoering te zorgen. - Onderdeel van het Agile Portfolio Management Office (APMO/VMO) en samenwerken aan het verder volwassen maken van de Scaled Agile Way of Woking - Coördineren van de optimale ondersteuning van de teams (regiefunctie over de inzet van o.a. Scrum Masters) - Coachen van leiders, teams en Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices en mindsets samen met de Agile Coaches - Stimuleren van de samenwerking tussen..
