Heb je een passie voor veiligheid en administratie? Wil je meewerken aan het verbeteren en actualiseren van veiligheidsdocumentatie binnen een technische omgeving?

  • Je ondersteunt de verdere uitbouw en optimalisatie van het veiligheidsbeleid.
  • Je werkt mee aan het beheer van het Dynamisch Risicobeheersysteem (DRBS).
  • Je controleert werkvoorschriften op actualiteit, volledigheid en correctheid.
  • Je koppelt werkvoorschriften aan taakrisicoanalyses (TRA's).
  • Je beoordeelt bestaande risicoanalyses op relevantie en bruikbaarheid.
  • Je stelt nieuwe werkvoorschriften en risicoanalyses op wanneer nodig.
  • Je actualiseert bestaande documenten en zorgt voor een uniforme documentatie.
  • Je verwerkt veiligheidsdocumenten nauwkeurig in Word en Excel.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit, consistentie en structuur van de veiligheidsdocumentatie.
  • Je draagt actief bij aan het verhogen van de veiligheid binnen de organisatie.
  • Bezit u uitstekende administratieve vaardigheden en kunt u goed overweg met Word en Excel?
  • Ben je vertrouwd met het opmaken van TRA’s, stappenplannen en werkmethodestatements?
  • Werk je klantgericht en communiceer je vlot met verschillende stakeholders?
  • Werk je vlot met de courante Microsoft Office-programma’s?
  • Communiceer je vlot in het Nederlands en kan je je ook professioneel uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels?
