Voor een internationaal distributiecentrum in Sint-Niklaas zoeken we een Health, Safety & Security Advisor.

In deze functie zorg je voor een veilige en conforme werkomgeving. Je bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer, ondersteunt leidinggevenden en medewerkers en werkt actief mee aan het verbeteren van veiligheids- en beveiligingsprocessen.

Wat is je takenpakket?

  • Toezien op de naleving van veiligheids- en beveiligingsprocedures
  • Uitvoeren en opvolgen van risicoanalyses
  • Registreren, onderzoeken en opvolgen van incidenten en arbeidsongevallen
  • Organiseren en geven van veiligheidsopleidingen
  • Coördineren van veiligheidsaudits en verbeteracties
  • Opvolgen van de externe beveiligingspartner
  • Meewerken aan diefstalpreventie en beveiligingsprojecten
  • Rapporteren over KPI's, incidenten en verbeterpunten
  • Nauw samenwerken met Operations, HR, Maintenance en internationale collega's
  • Bachelor of relevante opleiding binnen Preventie, Veiligheid of Security, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • 2 à 5 jaar ervaring in een operationele omgeving (logistiek is een plus
  • Kennis van de Belgische veiligheidswetgeving
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Engels
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, neemt initiatief en weet mensen mee te krijgen
