The posting

Als Safety Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen, implementeren en handhaven van veiligheidsnormen op onze site in Evergem of Oudenaarde. Je voert regelmatig inspecties uit, identificeert potentiële gevaren en implementeert corrigerende maatregelen om ervoor te zorgen dat alle werknemers in een veilige omgeving werken. Daarnaast train je personeel over veiligheidsprocedures en ben je het aanspreekpunt voor alle veiligheidsgerelateerde vragen en kwesties.

Meewerken aan het veiligheidsbeleid

  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen, implementeren en opvolgen van het veiligheidsbeleid voor beide sites
  • Je verleent advies naar aanleiding van risico-opsporing en -analyses
  • Je voert ongevallen- en incidentanalyses uit en vertaalt conclusies naar concrete acties
  • Je stelt veiligheidsinstructies op of viseert ze
  • Je volgt nieuwe installaties op, stelt indienststellingsverslagen en veiligheidsinstructiekaarten (VIK's) op
  • Je neemt deel aan MOC-vergaderingen en volgt projecten op die impact hebben op veiligheid, zonering en explosieveiligheid
  • Je ondersteunt bij het opstellen van explosieveiligheidsdocumenten en zoneringsdossier

Risicoanalyses & veiligheidsrondgangen

  • Je voert diverse risicoanalyses uit, zoals taakrisicoanalyses, chemische blootstelling, ergonomie, brand en explosieveiligheid
  • Je voert veiligheidsrondgangen, werkplaatsonderzoeken en 5S-audits uit, zowel in Oudenaarde als in Evergem

Opleidingen & sensibilisering

  • Je ontwikkelt en organiseert veiligheidsopleidingen voor alle medewerkers
  • Je zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie rond veiligheidsrisico's, procedures en productgevaren
  • Je motiveert en ondersteunt leidinggevenden en teams om veilig gedrag te stimuleren

Operationele verantwoordelijkheid

  • Je volgt keuringsplannen op volgens wettelijke veiligheids- en milieuregels, in overleg met Maintenance en Production.
  • Je houdt contact met keuringsorganismen en leveranciers van veiligheidsmaterieel.
  • Je viseert en keurt werkvergunningen, procedures en werkinstructies.
  • Je vervangt de Safety Manager bij afwezigheid.
  • Schoolverlaters zijn welkom
  • Je hebt een bachelordiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en beschikt over het diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2
