Achter sterke kwaliteits- en veiligheidsprocessen staan mensen die ervoor zorgen dat alles correct wordt opgevolgd. Van het verwerken van kwaliteitsgegevens tot het organiseren van medische onderzoeken en opleidingen: jij zorgt ervoor dat collega’s kunnen rekenen op een gestructureerde en efficiënte ondersteuning.

Voor een groeiende en vooruitstrevende organisatie zoeken we een Quality & Safety Assistant die de brug vormt tussen de kwaliteits- en preventiedienst. In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je administratieve nauwkeurigheid met technisch inzicht en draag je actief bij aan de continue verbetering van processen.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de kwaliteitsdienst
  • Verwerken en beheren van kwaliteitsgerelateerde gegevens
  • Ondersteunen bij kwaliteitscontroles en opvolging van dossiers
  • Administratieve ondersteuning van de preventieafdeling
  • Inplannen en opvolgen van medische onderzoeken
  • Organiseren en registreren van opleidingen en veiligheidsinitiatieven
  • Mee bewaken van correcte documentatie en procedures
  • Ondersteunen bij rapporteringen en interne verbeteracties
  • Actief bijdragen aan een gestructureerde en kwaliteitsgerichte werking

Geen dag is hetzelfde. Je schakelt vlot tussen verschillende taken en afdelingen, terwijl je steeds het overzicht bewaart.

Je werkt graag nauwkeurig, bent administratief sterk en hebt interesse in technische of wetenschappelijke omgevingen.

Daarnaast herken je jezelf in het volgende:

  • beschikt over een technische of scheikundige achtergrond door opleiding of ervaring
  • Werkt gestructureerd en hebt oog voor detail
  • Voelt je comfortabel in een administratieve ondersteunende rol
  • Je bent leergierig en maakt nieuwe softwarepakketten snel eigen
  • Een goede kennis van Microsoft Office
  • Interesse in statistiek of gegevensanalyse is een mooie troef
  • Werkt graag samen met collega's maar kan ook zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid nemen
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht en houdt ervan structuur te creëren
