Voor onze site in Middelburg zoeken wij een Safety Engineer die samen met ons de veiligheid en arbeidsomstandigheden verder wil verbeteren. We staan open voor verschillende achtergronden. Ben je al een ervaren veiligheidskundige en heb je een HVK-opleiding afgerond? Mooi. Ben je een enthousiaste engineer met een technische HBO-opleiding en wil je je ontwikkelen richting veiligheidskunde? Ook dan nodigen we je nadrukkelijk uit om te reageren. Je hoeft bij ons dus niet alles al te kunnen. We vinden het belangrijker dat je nieuwsgierig bent, kritisch durft te zijn, graag leert en het leuk vindt om veiligheidsvraagstukken daadwerkelijk op te lossen. Jouw rol Als Safety Engineer maak je onderdeel uit van ons Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) team in Middelburg. Samen met je collega's werk je iedere dag aan een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving. Je bent regelmatig op de werkvloer en werkt samen met operators, technici, engineers en leidinggevenden. Je stelt vragen, analyseert risico's en denkt mee over praktische oplossingen. Daarbij ben je niet alleen adviseur: je helpt ook om verbeteringen daadwerkelijk te realiseren en te borgen. Afhankelijk van je ervaring en ontwikkeling krijg je steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid binnen verschillende veiligheidskundige onderwerpen. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - deelnemen aan kritische veiligheidsprocessen, zoals Process Hazard Analyses (PHA), Management of Change (MOC) en Taak Risico Analyses (TRA) ; - uitvoeren en begeleiden van verbeterprojecten, bijvoorbeeld op het gebied van werkvergunningen en Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) ; - onderzoeken van inciden...
