In deze functie ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het onderhouden en verbeteren van het gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieumanagementsysteem. TAKEN EN VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN - Je onderhoudt en verbetert het gezondheids-, veiligheids- en milieumanagementsysteem; - Je bevordert het veiligheids- en milieubewustzijn onder de medewerkers; - Je fungeert als preventiemedewerker; - Je voert interne HSE audits uit en volgt bevindingen op; - Je begeleidt externe audits; - Je draagt zorg voor het aanpassen en opstellen van procedures of werkinstructies, eventueel bij veranderingen in de wetgeving, organisatie en/of werkprocessen welke invloed kunnen hebben op de arbeidsomstandigheden; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het onderzoeken en rapporteren van ongevallen en incidenten inclusief het bewaken van corrigerende maatregelen; - Je geeft mede vorm aan het sustainability programma; - Je biedt ondersteuning aan het BHV team; - Je draagt zorg voor registratie van gevaarlijke stoffen incl. het beheer van veiligheidsbladen; - Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren en begeleiden van verdiepende RI&E's, incl. het adviseren/ondersteunen van de productielocaties; - Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieukwesties en je adviseert en ondersteunt de organisatie bij het verder vormgeven van het veiligheidsbewustzijn.
