Als Regio Safety Expert ben jij een van de kartrekkers op onze locaties in Apeldoorn en Scherpenzeel. Samen met je collega ben jij (mede)verantwoordelijk voor het veiligheidsbeleid en de veiligheidscultuur van beide locaties. Jij weet als geen ander hoe belangrijk het is dat iedereen elke dag weer veilig thuiskomt. Je neemt hierin het voortouw en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer. Je bent gesprekspartner voor leidinggevenden en medewerkers, signaleert risico's en zet concrete verbetermaatregelen in gang. Wat ga je doen? - Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het vormgeven, uitvoeren én borgen van het veiligheidsbeleid op locatie; - Je stimuleert actief het veiligheidsbewustzijn en bent een drijvende kracht achter een sterke veiligheidscultuur; - Je adviseert het management en de operatie gevraagd en ongevraagd over veiligheidsvraagstukken; - Je onderzoekt incidenten en voert analyses uit met de betrokkenen, waarbij jij verbetervoorstellen aandraagt en implementeert; - Je ontwikkelt en verzorgt trainingen, voorlichting en toolboxen die echt raken en activeren; - Je voert werkplekinspecties en veiligheidsrondes uit en spreekt medewerkers direct aan op gedrag - met oog voor verbinding én resultaat; - Je stelt rapportages, plannen van aanpak en beleidsstukken op en zorgt voor een heldere vertaalslag naar de praktijk; - Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor zowel de productie als andere disciplines binnen de organisatie; - Je neemt deel aan interne Arbo-audits en werkt nauw samen met andere safety experts binnen Vion.
