Als Global Safety & Health Lead bouw je mee aan veilige werkplekken, heldere standaarden en duurzame verbetering binnen Agristo. Wat zal je doen bij Agristo? - Je bepaalt en bewaakt de globale Safety & Health-strategie en vertaalt die naar duidelijke standaarden, prioriteiten en roadmaps voor alle sites, met als uitgangspunt dat iedereen veilig en gezond naar huis gaat. - Je beheert en verbetert het wereldwijde Safety Management System. Je zorgt voor praktische policies, procedures, tools, governance en assurance die onze sites helpen om veiligheids- en gezondheidsrisico's aantoonbaar te beheersen. - Je geeft richting aan het Center of Excellence Safety rond arbeidsveiligheid, machineveiligheid, procesveiligheid en gedragsveiligheid. Samen ontwikkelen jullie expertise, standaarden en guidance voor de plants. - Je vertaalt internationale wetgeving, ISO 45001-principes, interne standaarden en lessons learned naar werkbare veiligheidsvereisten. Daarbij bewaak je de balans tussen globale consistentie en lokale wettelijke context. - Je versterkt veiligheidsleiderschap en gedrag binnen Agristo. Je stimuleert zichtbare betrokkenheid, safety conversations, een open meldcultuur en het structureel leren uit observaties, signalen en incidenten. - Je bewaakt de globale aanpak voor incidentmelding, onderzoek en learning. Bij ernstige of terugkerende incidenten zorg je voor duidelijke classificatie, grondige root cause analyse, opvolging van acties en vertaling naar bredere verbeteringen. - Je vertegenwoordigt Safety & Health binnen crisismanagement en bij complexe vraagstukken, bijvoorbeeld rond noodscenario's, gevaarlijke stoffen, technische risico's of situaties met mogelijke impact op meerdere sites. - J...
