Voor een industriële productieomgeving zijn wij op zoek naar een HSE manager die veiligheid, gezondheid en milieu weet te vertalen naar concrete acties op de werkvloer. Iemand die veiligheid niet alleen ziet als een wettelijke verplichting, maar als een fundamenteel onderdeel van de bedrijfscultuur

Jouw impact: In deze functie ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen de organisatie op vlak van preventie en duurzaamheid. Je zorgt ervoor dat mensen veilig kunnen werken, processen correct verlopen en risico’s tijdig worden aangepakt. Daarbij combineer je kennis van wetgeving met praktische haalbaarheid.

Je bent een belangrijke sparringpartner voor het management, ondersteunt leidinggevenden bij HSE-vraagstukken en bent zichtbaar aanwezig op de werkvloer.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Meewerken aan de uitrol en opvolging van het veiligheids- en milieubeleid
  • Signaleren van risico’s en vertalen naar realistische verbeteracties
  • Aansturen van de veiligheids- en mileucoördinator
  • Uitvoeren en begeleiden van werkplekinspecties, risico-evaluaties en onderzoeken
  • Opstellen en actualiseren van procedures, richtlijnen en instructies.
  • Organiseren en geven van opleidingen, toolboxen en sensibiliseringsacties
  • Actieve aanwezigheid op de werkvloer om veilig gedrag te stimuleren
  • Ondersteunen bij milieugerelateerde dossiers en audits
  • Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen
  • ...
  • In het bezit van een diploma Preventieadviseur Niveau 2 en een goede kennis van HSE-wetgeving
  • Minstens een eerste ervaring binnen een industriële of productieomgeving
  • Ervaring met het uitbouwen van een sterke veiligheidscultuur en change-management
  • Je bent sterk in stakeholdermanagement en weet mensen mee te krijgen
  • Audits, compliance en het opvolgen van wettelijke verplichtingen hebben voor jou geen geheimen meer
  • Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, kennis van Engels is nodig.
