Niet met mooie praatjes, maar omdat je echt gelooft in wat je verkoopt. Met jouw enthousiasme maak je prospects nieuwsgierig naar wat wij voor hen kunnen betekenen. Kansen laat je niet liggen; je ziet ze, pakt ze en zet door tot je resultaat behaalt. Ben jij iemand die graag aan de voorkant van het proces zit, het gesprek start en de relatie opbouwt? Dan is deze rol jou op het lijf geschreven! Stap in de rol Je start je werkdag thuis, op ons kantoor in Assen of onderweg naar je eerste afspraak. Maar het echte werk begint natuurlijk al eerder. Samen analyseren we de markt en bepalen we op welke sectoren en organisaties we ons richten. Jouw aanpak, samen met het sales team, zorgt ervoor dat we aan tafel komen bij nieuwe klanten. Vandaag begin je met een afspraak bij een grote woningcorporatie. Dankzij het jouw goede voorwerk ben je in gesprek met de contractmanager. Aan jou de taak om de behoefte scherp te krijgen én te laten zien waarom wij de juiste partner zijn op het gebied van legionellabeheer en waterkwaliteit. Daarna rijd je door naar een zorginstelling waar je gaat kijken hoe wij hen kunnen ondersteunen. Jouw doel: inventariseren, adviseren en overtuigen. Je laat zien dat wij niet alleen de expertise hebben, maar ook de aanpak die past bij hun organisatie. Terug op ons kantoor werk je de offertes uit, stem je af met collega's en zet je vervolgstappen uit. Ondertussen blijven we continu leren van de markt. Wat werkt goed? Waar liggen nieuwe kansen?
